Previously funded in Kickstarter and ranked 2nd in the all-time most funded lens project, this is the world’s first consumer-grade probe lens which focuses from 2:1 macro to infinity and with a compelling wide angle ‘Bug Eye’ perspective. The wide angle design means much greater depth of field at close distances than possible with conventional telephoto macro lens, so more background details can now be seen. The front barrel of the lens is waterproof and an LED ring light is mounted at the tip of the lens. It can cover both standard 35mm full frame & Super35 image sensors and is super lightweight to carry. Canon EF, Nikon F, Sony FE, Pentax K, Arri PL mounts are available. “Cine-mod” version, with standard gear focus and aperture rings, is specifically designed for videography purposes. Includes variable-output Control cable and rugged aluminium carry case. The Laowa 24mm f/14 2X Probe lens is now available for sale. The package includes a white USB cable dimmer (with power adjustment), a black USB cable (no power adjustment) and metal case. This lens is optimized for macro shooting between 2.5X – 5X life-size (Learn more about magnification ratio). The lens is specially designed with an extended working distance (45mm at 2.5x & 40mm at 5x) and small lens barrel. This allows sufficient lighting on the object for easier shooting in the field. The lens is much more compact and lighter than other macro lenses. This lens also provides a greater depth of field compared to other extreme macro lenses in the market. The Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5X is developed for both professional and leisure macro photography, to be used in the field or indoor set-ups. An optional LED Ringlight and Tripod Collar are available for added control and precision operation.

In Stock It is an adapter designed to convert the Canon and Nikon SLR lenses into a professional +/-10mm Shift lens. With the MSC, the SLR lenses can be adapted to mirrorless cameras while retaining the performance of chromatic control and correcting optical distortion. On top of the existing Canon EF, Nikon F and Nikon G to Sony E options, Laowa is adding Canon EF to Canon RF, Canon EF to Nikon Z and Nikon F/G to Nikon Z to the portfolio. For example, the MSC converts Laowa 12mm f/2.8 Zero-D to a 17mm f/4 lens with +/- 10mm shift capability without any vignetting. It does not necessarily work with LAOWA lenses only. It may also work with other lenses. Please read below remarks before purchase: i) The MSC has no electronic contacts which means that automatic focus and automatic aperture will NOT work. ii) Using MSC on any lenses without a physical aperture ring is NOT recommended. The aperture dial on Nikon F/G adapter is designed to provide aperture control for Nikon G-type lenses only (which do not have an aperture ring). No such feature on Canon mount. -
